Kforce is seeking an Engineering Manager, Client Systems in New York, NY. Must Have
- Manage a global team of full-stack engineers building secure, high-performing digital products.
- Design end-to-end, cloud-native solutions (AWS) that are performant, resilient, and secure.
- Define the technical roadmap and execution strategy in partnership with product leaders.
- Introduce new technologies and frameworks that drive measurable impact.
- Champion engineering excellence, automation, testing discipline, and CI/CD adoption.
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and secure, Internet-facing applications.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), performance optimization, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to communicate technical strategy clearly to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A passion for product thinking with user experience and business impact in mind.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
